Delivery

We despatch same day if you order by 4pm Monday to Friday | any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday except on Bank Holiday.

We deliver on Royal Mail, Free Delivery 2-3 working days

Whilst we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, there may be factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns

If you changing your mind you have 14 days to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (such as washing) with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@kidsoo.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your returned item will be inspected within 24 hours and you will be refunded within 5 working days.
